The upcoming found footage film Chronicle moves beyond the usual staples of alien invasions and paranormal occurrences and into the Superhero genre - exploring what happens when 3 regular teen guys get super powers. Film opens February 3rd and appears to follow the "starts funny but takes a dark turn" formula - but looks really well done and could be an interesting counter-point to the new Amazing Spider-man opening later this July.
